2019-2020 AAMP Officers

President: Serena McKnight, LPE-I

Serena graduated from the UCA Counseling Psychology program in 2011 and earned Independent status in 2015. Serena is currently the owner of a private practice, Awaken Counseling and Evaluation, in Searcy where she provides comprehensive psychological evaluations to all ages. She also contracts with Bock Associates to perform psychological evaluations for long-term care placement. In 2020, she became a Testing Director and Co-Clinical Director at Life Within Counseling Group.

Vice President: Cassie Ingram, LPE-I

Cassie graduated with a Master’s of Science in Counseling Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas in 2010. She has been independently licensed as a Psychological Examiner since 2016. She currently serves as Clinical Quality Director at Youth Home Inc. In the past, Cassie has worked for the Conway Human Development Center, Arkansas Department of Correction, and Easter Seals of Arkansas. She also volunteers for a central Arkansas cat rescue group, Cats Lives are Worth Saving (CLAWS).

Secretary: Amber Waite, LPE

Amber is a 2005 graduate of the UCA Counseling Psychology program. After graduation, Amber moved to Fort Smith and accepted a position at a private agency where she provided psychological testing and counseling to clients for 13 years. She earned Independent status in 2011. After leaving agency work, she went into private practice. Amber is currently part of a group of therapists at True Self Counseling.

Treasurer: Amy Lamb, LPE-I

Amy is a Psychological Examiner with AR Rehabilitation Services. For the past 17 years, she has worked as part of a team who travel the state conducting vocational assessments helping individuals with disabilities get back into the workforce. Amy earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas in 2005, gained initial license in 2006, and earned Independent status in 2010. Amy is currently the Psychological Services Administrative Supervisor.
